You can use worm castings as they are and add them directly to the soil or you can make a “tea” with them instead and water or spray your plants with it. It is made by adding the castings to water and allow it too steep for a few hours or days. During this time it’s important to add some oxygen to the water, you can do this by using a fish tank pump and an air stone. This oxygen is crucial to the microbial activity. It makes them happy and healthy and ready to do a great job in your house plant or garden.
