How is this allowed on Patch?

Just another indication of how disgraceful Patch has gotten. A blogger, who has consistently been reported and brought to the attention of management is allowed to continue his hateful speech because it "drives traffic".  On top of that, he's allowed to post comments about shooting someone's pet, filming it, and putting it on the internet for all to see? Disgusting. And disgusting that Patch allows this to continue. Especially when none of this is even relevant content or has anything to do with LOCAL news.
