Karen Jorgensen, 55, of Briggs Street, Cranston, RI, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Jorgen and Karoline (Dypdal) Jorgensen.
Karen was a registered nurse for many years working at various hospitals.
She is survived by three brothers; John Jorgensen, Steven Jorgensen and David Jorgensen and a sister; Lisbet Karlsen.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 10:00 am in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A calling hour will be held prior from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Burial will be private.
