Kent County Grand Jury Indicts Driver Charged With Death Of Matthew O'Gara
William Fallon has been indicted for leaving the scene of an accident, death resulting, and driving to endanger, death resulting.

COVENTRY, RI— The hit-and-run driver who allegedly killed 19-year-old Matthew O'Gara has been indicted by the Kent County Grand Jury, according to Atty. Gen. Peter Kilmartin's office. William Fallon, 35, of Coventry, is being charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident, death resulting and one count of driving to endanger, death resulting.
Fallon allegedly drove a pick-up truck with a plow attached into 19-year-old Matthew O’Gara as he walked along Arnold Road in Coventry. Fallon also allegedly fled the scene of the accident and was arrested on Feb. 15.

Fallon is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on Sept. 8.
