Man Wanted after Escaping Home Confinement

A 24-year-old in the Rhode Island Department of Corrections home confinement program has escaped and police are asking the public to be on the lookout.

Frank A. Rogowski, 24, is described as standing 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs about 165 lbs. He has brown hair, brown eyes and is known to spend time in Coventry, West Warwick, Warwick and Hopkinton.

Police said Rogowski has a criminal history of assaults, larcenies and robbery and should be considered dangerous.
