COVENTRY, RI — With April vacation less than a week away and summer vacation looming large, there are several important dates to mark on the calendar before the end of the school year in June. Here are five things to know for the remainder of the school year.

  1. Spring Recess: April 15-19 Coventry students have a full-week spring recess, which includes Good Friday on April 19.
  2. Spring Assessments: April 9 through May 24 The full schedule of testing is available here.
  3. Memorial Day: May 27 Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial kickoff to the summer season and the last three-day weekend of the school year.
  4. High School Graduation: June 6
  5. Last Day of School (180th Day): June 14
