Webelo Scouts from Dens 5 & 6 earned their Forester badge at this week’s den meeting. The scouts learned about the importance of managing a forest, different types of forest, the parts of a tree, photosynthesis, how to prevent forest fires and why leaves change color in the fall. A busy and fun night.
