Penny, The Dog, Needs A Home: Coventry Police

COVENTRY, RI—Wanted: a forever home for Penny, the dog. She was surrendered in the hope a better home could be found for her. Then Penny needed emergency surgery for bloat, and her adoption had to be put on hold. She's recovered now, thanks to many who donated for her care, and the police are putting out the word she's ready for a new start.
