Pericles G. "Pete" Skaliotis, 89, of Roberts Street, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014 at Coventry Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Coventry, RI. Born in Peabody, MA, he was the husband of Phyllis M. (Sherman) Skaliotis. They were married for forty-eight years. He was the son of the late George and Pagona (Bougas) Skaliotis.
Pericles was the owner of Hotel Buckingham of Lynn, MA for many years. He was also a foreman for Victor Electric.
Besides his loving wife he leaves four children; Philip Skaliotis of FL, James Skaliotis of NV, Katherine Cundiff of KS and David L. Burden of KS. He was predeceased by three brothers; James Skaliotis, Nicholas Skaliotis and Lefty Skaliotis.
His services will be private and are under the direction of Gorton-Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI.
