Vasco G. Fortes, 31 or 32, of Pawtucket, was taken into custody on a bench warrant from Sixth District Court.

Brian R. Ledford, 36 or 37, of Warwick, was charged with Obstructing an officer in execution of duty.

May 15

Brian R. Ledford, 36 or 37, of Warwick, was charged with five misdemeanor counts of Shoplifting and taken into custody on a warrant from Superior Court.

Lisa A. Gardiner, 48 or 49, of West Warwick, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

May 16

Robert W. Gadoury, 19 or 20, of Coventry, was charged with Domestic Vandalism (malicious injury to property); Domestic Disorderly Conduct; and Domestic refusal to relinquish the telephone.

May 17

Nicholas J. Hopper, 19 or 20, of Coventry, was charged with Possession of alcohol by an underage person.

May 18

Andrew A. Bequette, 34 or 35, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense; Driving an unregistered vehicle; Speeding (more than 11 mph over posted speed limit), first offense; and Use of Multiple Beam Lamps.

Justin M. Silveira, 32 or 33, of Coventry, was charged with Larceny under $1,500; Driving without evidence of insurance, first offense; and display of plates.

Tyree P. Andrews, 24 or 25, of Coventry, was cited for Driving after the license was denied, revoked or suspended, second offense.

Jacob J. Pepin, 19 or 20, of Greene, was cited for Driving after the license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense.

Alexander Scott Sitze, 28 or 29, of Coventry, was charged with Simple assault or battery; Obstructing an officer in execution of duty; and Disorderly conduct.

Charles J. Dion, 35 or 36, of Coventry, was charged with Duty to stop (accident resulting in personal injury or death) and Reckless driving.
