Coventry landed at No. 9 on the list and factored in their rankings were comments from parents and students.
“The Vocational programs are fantastic. I’m currently in the Graphic Communications program here, and it has been my favorite experience in this school so far,” said a senior. Most of the teachers I’ve been assigned are “really great, however, a few have not been. Those few had teaching methods I did not understand, no matter what, and thus, I didn’t do as great in their classes as I could’ve done if I’d understood better. The administration, however, cares very deeply about their students, which can be hard to come by in a school nowadays. If I could do it all over, I would go back to this school due to the outstanding vocational program and the teachers I got along with.”

Positive comments mentioned school facilities, attentiveness from teachers and the opportunities offered by numerous clubs and organizations.
Negative comments suggested that a student’s experience can hing on what teachers they get.
“Some teachers are incredible, but some do not put out effort or seem to care anymore--mainly the older ones that should retire,” said one student.
But by and large, the teachers at Coventry High School have left a positive and lasting impression on the student body.
“Each teacher has a different style to teaching their students, some go above and beyond what is expected of them and are there for the student’s on a personal level. Most of the teachers make the learning environments fun and educational making students actually want to come to class,” another student said.
