Coventry, RI - The Laid-back Forest is hosting a free tour of their outdoor obstacle adventure park on Sunday, November 30 from 12-2pm. The 5 acre park is on 75 acres of beautiful land in the Greene section of Coventry. It is a large outdoor version of Laid-back Fitness in Warwick which focuses on natural movement skills instead of standard reps and sets of exercise.
Guided and self-guided tours of obstacles from popular mud runs, tv competitions, and other natural-based obstacles will be offered. The Laid-back Forest will also offer private training and tours by reservation, as well as event hosting and competitions.
