Search Suspended for Missing Connecticut Teen

State police said they have suspended the search for Todd Allen, but other agencies will continue to look for him.

COVENTRY, RI—Connecticut State Police said this morning the search for Todd Allen has been suspended. However, the environmental police will continue looking for the teen, and the state police will resume the search if new information develops.

The search yesterday was extending into the Coventry woods, due to the fact Allen liked to ride his dirt bike along trails into Rhode Island.

State Police said Allen left his home at 42 Dixon Road in Sterling, Conn., at approximately 1 p.m. on Dec. 26. He left on his red Honda XR100 dirt bike in an unknown direction of travel. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a camouflage sweatshirt and a back pack.
