COVENTRY, RI — The following people were arrested by Coventry police between April 23 and May 1.

April 23

Lucas Hesse, born in 1997, of Coventry, was charged with DUI drugs/alcohol (first offense), refusal to submit to a chemical test and illumination of rear plate.

Kyron Julius Rodgers, born in 2001, of Coventry, was charged with domestic vandalism and domestic-refuse/relinquish telephone.

April 24

Phillip Turner, born in 1975, homeless, was charged with a bench warrant out of Third District Court.

April 25

Seth Allen Matteson, born in 1991, of Richmond, was charged with duty to stop for an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle and driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled license.

April 26

Ryan O'Connor, born in 2003, of Coventry, was charged with domestic vandalism.

April 28

William Studley, born in 1969, of Coventry, was charged with DUI drugs/alcohol (first offense), refusal to submit to a chemical test, operating without evidence of insurance, operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended and laned roadway violations.

April 30

Allyson Seymour, born in 1998, of Coventry, was charged with second-degree child abuse.

John Brown, born in 1992, of Providence, was charged with larceny under $1,500 and domestic-refusal to relinquish telephone.

May 1

Kristina Smith, born in 1988, of West Warwick, was charged with conspiracy.

Kasaine Ole Pertet, born in 1982, of Newark, New Jersey, was charged with shoplifting greater than $100, shoplifting-implements of concealment and weapons other than firearms prohibited.
