Station Nightclub Fire Memorial Park Dedicated Sunday
The memorial is on the site of the fire that killed 100 people and became the nation's fourth worst nightclub fire in history.

WEST WARWICK, RI — Fourteen years ago, fire in The Station night club claimed 100 lives. A battle to memorialize the victims ended on Sunday when a park was dedicated in West Warwick in their honor. The park is on the site where they lost their lives. The band Great White was performing on Feb. 20, 2003 when a pyrotechnics display ignited foam in the walls and ceiling around the stage.
