COVENTRY, R.I. -- The Coventry Town Hall, Town Hall Annex and Department of Public Works are without phone service Tuesday morning.
According to Coventry Police, crews are working to restore service, but there isn't an estimated restoration time yet. The cause for the outage has not been released.
