Webster Bank Names New Branch Manager for Coventry
Stephen Bousquet joins the Webster Bank team in Coventry.

Webster Bank has hired new branch managers for two Rhode Island banking offices. The Coventry Crossings branch is now being managed by Stephen Bousquet, and the Pawtucket branch by Neal Correia.
“I’m very pleased to have Steve and Neal on our team,” said Sharon Trask, Webster’s Rhode Island retail market manager. “Both men bring a wealth of experience in both banking and business management, and are deeply rooted in the communities served by their respective branches.”

Stephen Bousquet, Branch Manager, Coventry Crossing: Steve, a life-long resident of the Coventry, leads the Webster branch at 2300 New London Turnpike. Prior to joining Webster, he served in a similar capacity for Sovereign Bank and Domestic/Admirals Bank. He also brings extensive experience in retail management and retail entrepreneurship to the position, having worked in management for Office Max and as the owner of a Sears retail dealer store.
Neal Correia, Branch Manager, Pawtucket: Neal, a native and current resident of Pawtucket, joins Webster as manager of the Pawtucket branch, 265 Newport Avenue. Prior to Webster, he had been a branch manager for Citizens Bank in Providence. Earlier in his career, he gained retail experience at Ricci Furniture, where he held various roles, including General Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Keene State College.
