Woman Missing: Last Seen on Arcadia Hiking Trail
A Coventry woman went missing Nov. 28, and police are asking for the public's help finding her. She was with two dogs in orange vests.

COVENTRY, RI —The search for Patti Pendleton, 59, of Coventry, is ongoing, police said. There will not be a press conference this evening, unless there are any further developments.
A press conference is scheduled for tomorrow at noon time. Anyone with information is asked to call Coventry police (401) 826-1100.
Pendleton has not been in contact with family since Tuesday at 11 a.m. Her family reported her missing Monday after she did not arrive at work.

"She was last believed to be on a hiking trail south of Route 165 in the Arcadia Management Area in Exeter near Beach Pond," police said.
"She was walking her two dogs that were coupled together with a harness system. The dogs are described as a black toy poodle and a black fox terrier that were wearing orange vests," according to Col. John S. MacDonald, the police chief.

"Pendleton is described as 5' 2" tall, weighing approx. 230 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple sweater over a flowered shirt, blue jeans, and hiking boots. She may be wearing an orange vest and an orange hat," he said.
Search teams from multiple law enforcement agencies and numerous volunteers are currently searching the area for Pendleton.
