Another Rhode Island Business Moves Over to Cranston

NetCenergy left Warwick behind for new corporate headquarters on Pontiac Avenue.

CRANSTON, RI — It's official, as of tomorrow's ribbon-cutting ceremony. NetCenergy, experts in information technology, has moved to Cranston.

Mayor Allan W. Fung will attend the ribbon cutting ceremony Nov. 2 at 4 p.m. at the new corporate headquarters.

The move was part of the company's ongoing expansion. NetCenergy made the announcement in October. Its new office is located at 1125 Pontiac Ave.

The new space will allow the company to hire more people, expand its growing business products and welcome clients. Currently, almost 50 people are employees.

“This is not our first move," said Donald Nokes, company president and one of the founders at NetCenergy. "However, every move is an investment in our company. This one is no different. As we continue to stay up to date with technology and evolve, we want our offices to do the same. This expansion is the next big step for NetCenergy as a company. We are excited for the future.”
