CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between March 8 and March 12.
March 8

11:58 a.m. — Sara Ferretti, 35, of Cranston, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said Ferretti turned herself in on a warrant.
7:04 p.m. — Arthur Baygboe, 25, of Providence, was charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon, weapons other than firearms prohibited, resisting legal or illegal arrest and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a disturbance in the 200th block of Garfield Avenue.

March 9
6:43 p.m. — Luis Argueta, 49, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order.
6:43 p.m. — Yesenia Torres, 49, of Cranston, was charged with a bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court.
March 10
8:15 a.m. — Kayla Amadon, 30, of Pawtucket, was charged with shoplifting and conspiracy. Police said she turned herself in on a warrant.
12:28 p.m. — Leah Smith, 30, of Providence, was charged with obtaining vehicles with intent to defraud. Police said Smith was turned over by Pawtucket police on a Cranston police warrant.
4:29 p.m. — Michael Muniz, 57, of Cranston, was charged with DUI alcohol (first offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from a crash in the 1,000 block of Pontiac Avenue.

4:06 p.m. — Nicholas Larson, 29, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order (third offense or greater).
6:25 p.m. — Nicholas Larson, 29, of North Scituate, was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest happened after a crash in the 100th block of New London Avenue.
11:42 p.m. — John Cole, 50, of North Kingstown, was charged with a bench warrant out of Second District Court. Police said the arrest happened after a traffic stop at the intersection of Elmwood Avenue and Hathaway Street.
