Brown Joins People's as Mortgage Loan Officer

Cranston resident Lori Brown has a new job!

Cranston’s own Lori Brown has joined People’s Credit Union as their newest mortgage loan officer.

The company said in a release that Brown will be responsible for originating real estate mortgages, working with members to complete mortgage applications and “developing relationships in the community to promote the Credit Union’s real estate products.”

Brown has more than 20 years of financial and mortgage experience. Brown previously worked in lending with Rhode Island Housing as a Loan Workout Specialist and with Randolph Savings Bank as a Mortgage Loan Originator, as well as working as an Account Executive in Massachusetts and California.

“We are excited to have Lori as part of our team. Her knowledge and experience will be an asset to the Credit Union and our members,” said Peter Murray, business and residential lending manager.
