Artists' Exchange

Trial by Theatre is a new Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts theatre company built on the belief that theatre should be boundless and accessible to all. For their debut production, they present The Grown-Ups, written by Simon Henriques and Skylar Fox and directed by Cyrus Busteed.

Following a group of camp counselors trying to mold the leaders of tomorrow when tomorrow is looking bleaker and bleaker, The Grown-Ups explores the traditions that change us, what it takes for us to change them, and how to change yourself when you're hopelessly, tragically not prepared for this.

The show features a spectacular variety of cats competing for top honors, alongside unique public and exhibitor events designed to entertain visitors of all ages. Highlights of the weekend include: • Agility Ring: Watch in amazement as highly athletic, exhibitor-entered felines navigate obstacle courses with speed and precision. • Cat-and-Owner Costume Contest: A fan-favorite spectacle featuring creative, matching ensembles worn by exhibitors and their competitive cats. • Kids Stuffed Animal Contest: A special, interactive event held both Saturday and Sunday, allowing younger feline fans to bring their own favorite plush toys to join in on the judging fun. Similar to tai chi, qigong was developed as a healing art rather than a martial art and tends to be simpler to learn. It involves individual flowing movements that stretch and strengthen the body, ultimately putting us in touch with our vital energy (qi).&nbsp;Whether to naturally relieve or prevent pain, maintain wellbeing, or find deeper spiritual connection, qigong is beneficial.
