Cranston Man Charged With Possessing, Transferring Child Pornography: Police

The Cranston man was arrested by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, police said.

CRANSTON, RI — A Cranston man was charged with possessing and transferring child pornography, police said.

Marco Cameron, 19, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the state police said in a media release.

Cameron was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and taken to Third Division District Court, where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance with "special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors, as well as limited internet access," the release said.
