Cranston Man Wanted On Felony Assault Charge Apprehended: Cops

CRANSTON, RI — A Cranston man wanted on an aggravated assault charge was apprehended, police said.

Angel Cajigas Marciano, 22, was wanted by the Providence Police Department, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Cajigas Marciano was arrested on a warrant about 7 a.m. Tuesday by the state police Violent Fugitive Task Force, according to the release.

Cajigas Marciano was "taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department," the release said.
