Cranston Man Wins $42,000 Playing Keno
The winning ticket was sold at Speedy Mart on Warwick Avenue in Cranston, Rhode Island Lottery officials said.
CRANSTON, RI — A Cranston man won $42,000 playing, Rhode Island Lottery officials said Tuesday.
Lottery officials said the man bought some Keno Quick Picks at Speedy Mart on Warwick Ave. on Saturday.
He wagered $1 on an eight-spot game to win $10,500. But since he added the Keno Plus feature for an extra $1, and the 4-time multiplier was drawn, his win was quadrupled to $42,000.
