Cranston Shooting Hospitalizes A 27-Year-Old Victim: Report

Police say the shooting happened on Bailey Street​ on Sunday, and there, officers found shell casings and blood splatter in the street.

CRANSTON, RI — A 27-year-old was shot on Sunday morning in Cranston, according to police.

Police told WPRI 12 the shooting happened on Bailey Street just before 3 a.m., and there, officers found shell casings and blood splatter in the street.

Later, a 27-year-old man arrived at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence suffering from several gunshot wounds. No update on the victim's condition has been provided.
