David's Bridal Closing Its Only Rhode Island Store
A message on the chain's website said it will close three stores in New England, including the Warwick location.
WARWICK, RI — David's Bridal will close its Warwick store along with two others in New England, according to the chain's website.
Stores in Natick and North Dartmouth, Massachusetts will also be closing, according to the website. The Warwick store is the only David's Bridal location in Rhode Island.
The Warwick location's Facebook page hasn't updated with anything about the closing, but the website is advertising a store closing sale with special hours.

"Store closing. Shop huge savings while they last," the message reads.
David's Bridal is located in the Summit Square Shopping Center at 1276 Bald Hill Road.

In a statement to NBC 10, company officials shared this closing comes as the company is "pursuing a dual-track process under Chapter 11 to sell our company."
Officials didn't share information about what this would mean for employees in the short term but said they would attempt to "preserve as many David’s jobs as possible."
