DUI After Passing Out In Car, Another After Crash: Cranston Police Log
Cranston police said one of the DUI arrests came after a well-being check came in for a driver passed out behind the wheel.

CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Friday and Sunday.
Sunday
1:45 a.m. — Leon Barbosa Ortiz, 23, of Providence, was charged with possession of a schedule II drug. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Webster Avenue and Hillwood Street.

No time listed — Peter Gabriel, 32, of West Warwick, was charged with violating a no-contact order (third offense). Police said the arrest happened after officers investigated a suspicious vehicle parked near the rear impound lot of the police station.

3:30 p.m. — Yhakeen Gains, 22, homeless, was charged with shoplifting at the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.
5 p.m. — Giovanni Depina, 22, of Pawtucket, was charged with reckless eluding after a vehicle stop at Woodbine Street.
5:49 p.m. — Luis Carlos Jimenez, 36, of Orlando, Florida, was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level unknown, following a crash on Park Avenue.
8:01 a.m. — Filliberto Lopez, 43, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.
3:32 a.m. — Astaria Currie, 20, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order.
3:32 a.m. — Jacob Palazo, 23, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault (second offense) and violating a no-contact order.
Friday
8:34 p.m. — James Jackson Williams, 24, of Providence, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
10:10 a.m. — Wally Rutledge, 38, of Providence, was charged with sexual offender address change.
10:10 a.m. — Alexandria McClain, 32, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order.
8:22 a.m. — Andrae Fullen, 23, of Cranston, was charged with vandalism. Police said the arrest came after a report of vandalism at 10 Monument St.
5:16 a.m. — Michael Hall, 25, of East Providence, was charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident. Police said the arrest came after a well-being check came in for a driver passed out behind the wheel in the 500th block of Reservoir Ave.
