Cornerstone School is excited to be holding our second annual Wheel-a-Thon on Saturday October 15 at the Bain Middle School track! This is a fundraiser in which participants will collect pledges, then participate by wheeling around the track (with help as needed) using wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, walkers, bicycles, tricycles, rollerskates, rollerblades, or scooters. Registration begins at 10 AM, and there is a minimum donation of $10/participant or $20/family. Cornerstone School serves children aged 18-months-21 years from throughout the state, and includes an integrated early childhood program and a private special education school. The school offers a continuum of educational and therapeutic services in a small, nurturing setting. All money raised from the wheel-a-thon will go towards improving our school playgrounds. At Cornerstone, the emphasis is on ability and not disability. Come support us in our mission to help all children experience the joys of learning!
