10:00am Family Martial Arts Class
10:30am Mixed Martial Arts Class (Kickboxing and Self Defense)
11:00am NINJA CLASS (tumbling,weapons, games and trampoline skills)
11:30am Confidence Board Breaking (everyone will be breaking a real board!)
