Latest Snow Projections for Friday and Saturday in Cranston

With temperatures plummeting and snow on the way, here's a look at what forecasters are saying to expect tonight into tomorrow.

CRANSTON, RI — After landing a straight jab of subzero windchills, mother nature is coming right back with a left hook to the body in the form of snowy conditions Friday night. Most of the snow will start after 3 a.m. Saturday.

The National Weather Service projects two to four inches of snow, with accumulations of less than one inch possible Friday night. Saturday will tell a different tale according to the NWS. Snow in the morning, turning to all rain between noon and 3 p.m., with a high temperature near 38.

Overall, temperatures are expected to sink to 15 during the overnight Friday. Luckily, temperatures are set to return to 55 Sunday.
