Pawtucket Man Facing Drugs Trafficking Charges in MA

Franklin Baxley, 42, was arrested by MA State Police with more than 200 oxycodone pills in his possession.

A Pawtucket man is facing drug charges in Massachusetts after police uncovered more that 200 oxycodone pills in his possession. Franklin Baxley, 42, is charged with possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute.

Baxley was arrested by Massachusetts State Troopers on North Shore Road in Revere on Wednesday. He was arraigned in Suffolk County District Court on $50,000 bail and will appear in court again on April 4.

This is not Baxley's first brush with the law. Just a week ago on March 8, a woman called 911 in the Attleboro Dog Park when Baxley's male dog repeatedly attempted to hump her female dog. Police did not issue any tickets at the time.
