Police Look For Suspect Who Made False Threat At Warwick School
Police are looking to find who first spread the false threats.

WARWICK, RI โ Police have determined that social media threats made against Toll Gate High School were unsubstantiated.
Captain Michael Ford told the Providence Journal police are looking to find who first started spreading the false threat. Once it hit social media, it just spread, he said. โThatโs the problem.โ
The Warwick school department said police earlier Friday morning questioned one student about the threats.

Police were on guard at Toll Gate High School Friday morning after authorities said someone posted threats on social media. At one point, three police cruisers were outside the building.
An alert was sent to parents and students early Friday by phone, which said officers would be at the school investigating the threat.
