Police Seek ID of Credit Card Thief
The suspect used a credit card stolen from the Irving gas station on Park Avenue in Cranston to go on a shopping spree.
The Cranston Police Department would like to identify a man who used a credit card stolen from the Irving gas station on Park Avenue and used the card to make purchases at numerous stores in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Police said the suspect, described as an Hispanic male wearing sweatpants, a gray T-shirt and a Yankees baseball cap, used the card at Walmart on Silver Spring Street in Providence as well as at Walmart, T.J Maxx and Target in Seekonk, Mass.
The suspect was driving a dark Ford Five Hundred with an unknown registration.
