Prevent Summer Learning Loss!

Did you know that most students lose about two months of math and reading skills over the summer months?

The Cranston YMCA is teaming up with Cox Communications and Connect to Compete to offer the SUMMER SMARTS SERIES on July 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the Pastore Center, 155 Gansett Ave., Cranston.

Offering tips and techniques to prevent the learning loss that so often takes place during the summer, the event will also include a continental breakfast, raffles and giveaways.
