Providence Fire Displaces 13 Residents, Cats In Home Missing
Fire officials are still on scene at the Hillcrest Avenue home, as several cats remain missing from the house.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A house fire in Providence Friday morning displaced 13, and several cats who were in the home are missing, according to fire officials.
The fire started around 9 a.m. at a Hillcrest Avenue home. Fire officials told WPRI 12 the flames were extinguished, but not before the fire damaged parts of the Providence home. Fire officials were still at the scene, as of Friday afternoon.
