Providence Man Wins $40,000 After Buying Lottery Ticket In Cranston
Rhode Island Lottery officials said the winner plans to use the money to pay bills and put the rest towards a purchasing a house.
PROVIDENCE, RI — There was some recent lottery ticket luck in Cranston, Rhode Island Lottery officials said Tuesday.
A Providence man recently claimed a $40,000 prize on the $5 "Super Loteria" instant game, lottery officials said. The man bought the winning ticket at the Stop & Shop at 204 Garfield Ave. in Cranston.
Lottery officials said the winner plans to use the money to pay bills and put the rest towards a purchasing a house.
