Records Released From State Police 38 Studios Investigation

All the records are not yet available, including the ones connected to the grand jury investigation.

SCITUATE, RI—Some of the 38 Studios records are now on the state police website. The Rhode Island State Police said today it has made public the results of its investigation into 38 Studios, exclusive of any information that was part of the grand jury investigation.

"This material has been posted directly to the Rhode Island State Police website to provide timely and efficient access to the public and to members of the media.

"Please be advised that state law exempts the release of certain personal information that could reasonably be expected to be an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy or could disclose information furnished on a confidential basis.

"There are remaining records that cannot be released because they were part of the grand jury investigation. These records are protected by state law, which prohibits their disclosure."
