Rhode Island Has A Second Powerball $100K Winner Within A Month

CRANSTON, RI — For the second time this month, someone won $100,000 playing Powerball in Rhode Island, lottery officials said Thursday.

The winning ticket, which was sold Wednesday at North Country Store at 172 Chapel St. in Harrisville, matched four-of-five numbers and included the addition $1 "Power Play," doubling the prize money.

Rhode Island Lottery officials said the prize has yet to be claimed, so check your numbers if you bought a Powerball ticket at North Country Store.
