Roger Williams Park Zoo Holding Contest To Name Baby Sloth
Here's your chance to name the zoo's newest arrival while donating to a good cause.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Roger Williams Park Zoo is holding a contest to name their newest arrival: a baby sloth. Members of the public can submit their suggestions for the baby's name after making a $5 donation to the zoo.
The baby was born to mom Fiona and dad Wesley May 13. It was a difficult delivery, the zoo said, requiring "critical emergency care" to save mom and baby.
The pup has thrived since then, evidenced by several sweet videos posted on the zoo's Facebook page. The sex of the baby won't be evident for several more months and it will continue to cling to Fiona.

"But that's OK, no matter what baby sloth's name becomes, your donation takes care of all our new babies and old friends at the Zoo!" the zoo said in the announcement of the contest.
Donations and name suggestions can be submitted on the zoo's website.
