Sexual Assault, DUI, More: Cranston Police Arrest Log
Cranston police charged a man with first-degree sexual assault and a woman with driving under the influence and domestic vandalism.
CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police on Monday and Tuesday.
Tuesday
6:01 p.m. — Markea Smith, 29, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault. Police said the arrest stemmed from an incident on Byron Street.

5:53 p.m. — Devin Silva, 22, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault. Police said the arrest stemmed from an incident on Byron Street.
12:55 p.m. — Jose Fondeur Arias, 51, of Cranston, was charged with first-degree sexual assault and second-degree sexual assault.

12:23 a.m. — Emily Medeiros, 22, of Central Falls, was charged with driving under the influence and warrants out of East Providence on domestic vandalism and disorderly conduct charges. Police said the arrest happened after a traffic stop on Route 10 southbound near Interstate 95 southbound.
Monday
4:54 p.m. — John Fargnoli, 52, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of Sixth District Court as a result of a disturbance call on Farwell Street.
