CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between March 1 and Saturday.
March 1
1 a.m. — James Lubin, 35, of Providence, was charged with obtaining a vehicle with intent to defraud. Police said the arrest is the result of a warrant pick up for Rhode Island State Police.

10:39 a.m. — Richard Luke, 43, of Cranston, was charged with failure to stop for an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle. Police said the arrest came after a call for service in the 600th block of Reservoir Avenue.
7:20 a.m. — Carlos Lopez, 57, of Cranston, was charged with sexual offender registration required.

March 2
2:33 a.m. — Krystyna Delaney, 34, of Providence, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on Webster Avenue.
1:04 p.m. — Henry Kelly, 40, of Cranston, was charged with driving on a suspended license (fourth offense or greater) and a warrant out of Third District Court. Police said the arrest happened after a traffic stop in the 800th block of Cranston Street.
3:24 p.m. — Edwin English, 56, of North Providence, was charged with shoplifting and willful trespassing. Police said the arrest stemmed from a report of shoplifting at the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.
Friday
1:45 a.m. — Exequiel Martinez, 25, of Central Falls, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
9:12 p.m. — Jill Burlingame, 34, of Cranston, was charged with failure to stop in an accident resulting in damage to vehicle. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
Saturday
2:45 p.m. — Diane Florio, 48, of Cranston, was charged with forgery and counterfeiting in general, passing of counterfeit certificates/bills/notes and obtaining money under false pretenses.
7:16 p.m. — Richard Cintron, 30, of Providence, was charged with domestic assault by strangulation, domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
