Fall has arrived in Rhode Island, and with it a whole array of pumpkins, gourds, apple-picking and other fun activities. While the coronavirus pandemic means everything looks a lot different this year, there are still plenty of jack-o-lanterns to be found.

We asked Patch readers to share their pumpkins photos with us. Here are some of our favorites.

The smallest jack-o-lantern: Carl Jacobson

My wife has a thing for pumpkins. Every year we spend an October weekend exploring the Delmarva Peninsula, combing the pumpkin patches for the best and most unusual cucurbita. We find ourselves in new territory this year and discovered the smallest jack-o-lantern pumpkins at the beautiful Watson Farm on Conanicut Island. (Courtesy Carl Jacobson)
