Taste of Garden City Happens Wednesday
Enjoy the music and sample the food at the fourth annual celebration of Garden City's stores and eateries.

CRANSTON, RI – Broadway's greatest hits and Garden City's best bakeries and restaurants take over the gazebo Wednesday afternoon for the fourth annual Taste of Garden City Center.
According to Janice Pascone, Garden City Center's marketing director, many of the "most delicious restaurants, caterers, bakeries and stores" will participate.
“It’s an enjoyable way to meet new people and relax with friends and family while humming along to Broadway’s greatest hits,” she said. Guests can nosh on great food and take in "an array of Broadway show tunes" sung by Jeannie Sullivan Evans and Bill Whitehead, with "A Tasty Affair."

But tickets, which go for $15, are limited, she said, so she recommends signing up in advance. The event runs from 5:30 to 7:30 Wednesday night, Sept. t at the Garden City Center Gazebo, off Route 2.
