Two Dead, Two Injured In Sunday Morning I-95 Crash
The driver and front-seat passenger were pronounced dead at the scene while two other passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
WARWICK, RI — A serious crash on Interstate 95 North claimed the lives of two people and injured two others early Sunday morning. The crash happened near Exit 10 in Warwick around 4 a.m., when the vehicle went off the road and into a tree.
According to Rhode Island State Police, the driver was ejected from the vehicle in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene, along with the front-seat passenger. Their identities have not been released at this time.
The two backseat passengers were taken to Rhode Island Hospital with what police said were non-life-threatening injuries.
