The son walked to Main Street Convenience, and when he left the store, the black-clad man appeared to be waiting for him, and headed in the same direction when the son walked toward Beso's restaurant, the report said.

The son "observed the male hide behind a bush by the Beso's parking lot," and he then "called his mother," who went there to pick him up, according to the report.

The woman replied that she "did not have any cigarettes for the male where the male started to leave the scene," the report said.
