Arrests: DUIs, Broken Glass & Shoplifting

Monday, July 18 

5:27pm – Police arrested Michael Walsh Poulin, 49, of Huckleberry Road on charges of drunken driving, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and driving with a suspended license. Police pulled Poulin over after receiving a anonymous phone call that he was driving erratically.

6:12pm – Police issued a citation to Kevin M. Parsons, 29, of Warwick, after they pulled him over and found that he was driving with an expired license and registration and without any car insurance data. Both license plates and his license were taken into police custody.

Thursday, July 21

11:30am – Police arrested Sandra L. Williams, 48, of Warwick on charges of shoplifting at a local shoe store. Williams was issued a no trespassing order and released.

7:15pm – Police issued a citation to Stephen L. Peoples, 52, after he was pulled over for driving 56 mph in a clearly marked 35 mph zone. Police later found that he was driving with suspended license and issued him a district court summons.

Friday, July 22

2:15am – Police arrested Kyle D. O’Connor, 27, of Coventry on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal to submit to a chemical test. After failing the field sobriety test, police took O’Connor into custody.

Saturday, July 23

12:40am – Police arrested Mary E. Hebert, 44, of West Warwick, on charges of drunken driving, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police pulled Hebert over after she allegedly drove over the centerline of the road.

1:05am – Police arrested Lauren A. Fortini, 24, of Cranston, on charges of vandalism. Fortini allegedly threw a bottle and broke a section of glass in a door at Harbourside. Police reported that Fortini was also very combative when they were trying to speak with her. She was later issued a no trespassing order for Harbourside.

3:00pm – Police arrested Jeffrey L. Arnold, 31, of Warwick for a bench warrant from third district court.
