Baby Jesus Stolen from Manger in East Greenwich

Police said the statue is valued at $200.

Stealing is bad, but stealing an infant statue of Jesus from a crèche seems really bad. And it happened in East Greenwich recently.

A Cindy Ann Drive resident discovered the crime on Christmas Eve, according to a police report. He said it was last seen on the Fourth Sunday of Advent, which was Dec. 21.

The man couldn’t think of anybody he knew who could’ve stolen it.
