Good morning!
Today, one thing and one thing only is on my mind. Final Exams. That’s right people, it's crunch time. This stressful period of time extends over six days this year, because we have a weekend plopped down right in the middle. Needless to say, I am terrified. Absolutely terrified. And I know I need to get a handle on myself here, but it’s a very trying time. Summer is just days away, yet the juniors, sophomores and freshman have to go through
one of their most horrible high school experiences to date. Honestly, there is nothing worse. Okay, so senior project might stink a little bit more, but exams can definitely hold their own.
It’s especially terrible when, like every other highschooler on the face of the planet, you are an expert at procrastination. Take me for example; I have five days until my exams start, and have I started to study for any of them? Nope. I remember thinking in May, “I’m going to start studying for my exams on June 1st, and then I’ll be super prepared!”

Well. Might I just say, in no way, shape or form did that take place. Oops.
Alas. I’m just thinking here, but can you picture me as a junior? Sheesh. That’s like legitimately old. An upperclassman. No longer grouped in with the freshman. However, I did hear that junior year is very hard, with the SATs and all. No matter, it’ll still be amazing when I am, in fact, a junior.

All right, I have to do some super-intense studying now that probably consists of eating a banana and messing around on Facebook.
“Eighty percent of the final exam will be based on the one lecture you missed and the one book you didn’t read.”
Until next week (Exams! Egad!),
