The East Greenwich Main Street Strolls Celebrates Its 10th Season With A Special Jazz Stroll, “JAZZ ON MAIN” on Thursday, June 13.

The East Greenwich Main Street Stroll returns this June for its tenth consecutive season with a special jazz stroll to commemorate their anniversary. 

Named "One of the top 20 things to do in Rhode Island" by Yankee Magazine, The East Greenwich Main Street Strolls have become a staple of summer in East Greenwich. This year, partnering with The Lost Chord Jazz Festival, the East Greenwich Main Street Stroll highlights jazz music for the first time. This Thursday, enjoy the sights and sounds of jazz musicians throughout the evening as you walk along Main Street, head to 500 Main Street for a wine tasting and a attend a special performance by the Michelle Cruz Quartet to conclude the evening.

“I approached members of the East Greenwich community to see if we could showcase jazz here in a fun and casual way. The strolls are such an excellent way to spend an evening in East Greenwich. The atmosphere and shops are wonderful here. I am so happy I got the call from Main Street Merchant Association’s Jane Parillo to help put this together," said Michelle Cruz, jazz vocalist.
